Prudie I use it everyday, literally. First and foremost I use it heat up water for my French press coffee. On tea-drinking days I add my loose tea leaves and it brews the best tea ever. I like the Keep Warm feature and the basket that moves up and down to seep the tea leaves in the water during brewing. Nice to see you! 😍

Just get a mixing bowl and mixer and you're set for this recipe

True but since my channel is about blending I provide alternative ways for people to use their blenders that they never thought they could be used for, especially if they have dexterity issues where using a hand mixer wouldn't be an easy option for them. Just using the tamper even small kids could make the cheesecake, whereas if they used a hand mixer and bowl the chances of kids splattering the ingredients are very high. Furthermore there's no one type of solution for food prep.
