I made this recipe last week. I had attempted to cook an Indian dish years ago, and my wife has always reminded me of how bad it turned out. She is a picky eater, but to be honest, it was pretty bad. After she tried my attempt of this recipe, I saw her eyes light up, and she approved me to cook Indian anytime.

Recipe looks good, I love Indian food. Your channel is so underrated, I've been sharing your vids with my friends and they have been telling me they love the videos. Great work 👍👌

Great video! I’ve always been on the fence about sous vide - it’s definitely interesting enough for me to want to try it out, but I’m not sure how often I’ll actually use it as a home cook.

I had the same feeling until I bought one. It’s great for cooking any kind of meat, and not to mention the thought cuts. But also for vegetables, eggs and some deserts. The one I have (link in the video description), you can still control over the web and have an amazing app for daily cooking.
