The SousChef tabletop restaurant pasta extruder by La Monferrina features an entirely removable front hopper for sanitation and cleanliness. Featuring a 3Kg capacity, the SousChef is capable of mixing and extruding up to 8-10Kg per hour of fresh pasta.
When paired with the optional MonoSfoglia ravioli attachment, SousChef is capable of producing a wide variety of single sheet ravioli for the most authentic handmade look, feel, and taste.
