Yes the sooner you come the better. It doesn't matter as long as you have a roof over your head. The Rand/ Dollar exchage is making miracles. At least you shall have a beautiful house and again you can sell it at a profit. I am afraid the dollar will loose its strength because of this BRICS formation. Mark, I think a group tour at least 2X a year in Namibia and Botswana together will be great. For many of your returnees who may have traveled with your company 2 to 3 times to SA already, they may not need to go over the same itinerary. Something to think about unless SA/Joburg would be a first stop or meeting place for the first 2 to 3 days. Just an idea! You look fine with your glasses BTW!!!!😂❤ Are prices negotiably low with just cash sale? The houses are absolutely stunning!

South Africa is huge and there are a lot of places for them to choose from, maybe for now they prefer Jozi,Durban and Cape Town Something both Namibia and Botswana can't offer socially and economically Namibia has nice roads, anyways

Namibian real estate is insanely expensive. 4. Botswana is super safe and most friendliest folks and that's it, most Tswana millennials/professionals reside in SA....

Hows Cape Town for African Americans? I am prior army and got a fed job. Hows the gun laws ?

You apply for a licence and once you have a competency certificate then you take it to a gun shop and after looking into it ,you many choose a firearm of your choice at a gun shop. But in S.A. the law prohibits a person to have own a fully automatic rifle. Applying for a gun is lengthy because the even they check your criminal record. For all of that it may take you a year or even two years to have a firearm of your own. So it is lengthy. It may be rejected because of certain issues.
