The majority of people that would be in poverty will be whites because they are the majority there. Same with South africa 4 million whites against majority black +40 million. You don't expect the whites to be the majority poor ...we have poor whites but they will never outnumber poor blacks. Because of the size of these races compared to each other. Same with SA and Nigeria SA will never have more poor people then Nigeria due to population size.

I will say the national economy was good at some point, while the family economy among the blacks and coloured there is nothing to show. Blacks and coloureds are the face of poverty. South Africa is not poor I don't agree with this guy the country who, can provide free electricity, free education up to tertiary level, social, grants child support grants this guy is only taking about township we don't belong to the township most of the people living in Alex are owning big house's where they comes from this guy is just saying there maybe poor people in South Africa but South Africa can't be poor country in Africa yes it can be unequal but that doesn't mean we are poor if you can check all those township the is Dstv and Fiber internet there is piped water the problem with us blacks is dirtyness clean places looks like a rich neighborhood but dirty places looks like poor neighborhood that is what is happening in South Africa.
