It is interesting to see road works in Africa. :) :) Mountainous areas give the impression that they are covered with a soft green carpet. This is a significant difference compared to the European mountains often covered with dense forests. :) :) Great music!

Africa usually associated me with a desert landscape, or with a savanna full of animals. And here we have mountains and valleys and only sometimes a car flows through the landscape. Beautiful human presence in the natural environment because it is so non-invasive. :)

Preparing our trip to SA I'm not sure if we shall drive this pass. But owesome film! May be it's possibele to get the track in kml so I have a better idee what the difficult parts are. Is this filmed from Lesotho to SA or otherwise? I'm Dutch and a little bit older and we have only experience with 4x4 in Namibia Kunene,

Hi Nelleke, in good weather conditions as we had them (dry and good visibility) the drive from Underberg up to Lesotho was not a difficult task in a proper 4x4 vehicle. Just go slowly, keep your focus on the road while driving and stop often to enjoy the beautifull scenery. In very wet conditions it could be a different story. So I think its best to plan ahead with the option to wait a day or two for good weather.
