South African lawyer Tembeka Ngcukaitobi used a video published by Middle East Eye during a public hearing at the International Court of Justice in South Africa’s case against Israel, concerning alleged genocide in the Gaza Strip, to show that Israeli soldiers and commanders are following their Prime Minister’s "genocidal" speeches. The video shows Israeli soldiers gathering ahead of an attack on Rafah, with their commander rallying them and urging them to "destroy Rafah."

@@kpopfan8109 bruh momentus, it dont matter if the soldiers are saying the most heinous words, at the core of it they are just words. they arent action as as such arent war crime. this video is proof of nothing. especially when its a statement for the future, and seen as a hype event and not an actual agenda being pushed. its not a group of Israeli political event discussing how to eradecate gaza, its just a group of soldiers saying random stuff while being for half a year in the field.

Several other hostages have lost their lives as a result of their own nations destructive war, other hostages will be facing starvation as a result of settlers ransacking food aid trucks. If these actions are what you support, you wouldn't care about health and welfare of hostages either.

Putting Erdogan into this group is not rightful. 1. Türkiye is joining the ICJ. 2. Türkiye cut all trade with the state in question (even south africa did not do that yet) 3. Türkiye is explicitly supporting the people of Gaza. 4. Türkiye uses all diplomatic means to put pressure on the state in question. 5. Turkish government is not afraid to support and embrace the gaza administration

Hamas didn't blow up civilians building or targeted hospitals, or target 35,000 babies. Israel is an occupier according to international laws Palestinians have a right to defend themselves.
