If you are going for the safari, do you need to take any vaccination for your safety say for malaria, yellow fever?

No. You don’t need vaccination for South Africa!

If you search for Mumbai-Johannesburg flights for Mar/April it shows for 36K per person . Domestic flights are super cheap we got for 4K/person
