Beautiful video. Please be aware that in South Africa you do need to be more aware of your surroundings- crime aware. For followers, please look into advice before travelling to South Africa. It is a stunning country, but please follow advice to stay safe. Staying on the beach till after dark is not always the best idea. Thankfully you were safe.

The sunrise clip (with the colourful beach huts) is in St James (which is located in False Bay). Boulders and the penguins are further south along False Bay just beyond Simonstown. This is my part of the world, and I feel blessed to call it home.

Could you do a video on how you use Natural Cycles and your birth control journey? I have been struggling so much with it - have been on and off the pill and it never felt right with my body and have just had a horrible experience getting an IUD today.
