First, with all due respects to Gabriel, if this was an experiment, it worked for me. I would've even enjoyed a longer version. I felt like I was on the flight and it was enjoyable and yes, the approach was stunning. One small negative critique, I didn't mind the videoing of your food, but perhaps you could've kept the camera out the window more and not at the back of the seat while reviewing in-flight, reading material. Looked a really good in flight meal but Gabriel how could you make the mistake of booking a seat which has less legroom due to the IFE box being located under the seat in front ?
