actually, i heard that lisa changed her behavior towards the trainees cuz I guess some people found her attitude too harsh with them. so in season 2 or 3, she was asked to mentor the boys for the first time and go easy on them. that’s why she seems more friendly and cute with the guys 😂😂

Dont forget "Mentor Lisa being on crack" So, as u noticed, Lisa seems more confident and comfortable with boys and she's more cute or whatever, some ppl were saying its because of the GENRE, like shes a girl and they are guys and shes more comfortable than she was with the girls, but actually it has nothing to do with genre,Lisa was really criticized for being so harsh on the girls like "Whats wrong with u?!
