I told you PE is underrated. It's as good as any of these other more famous cities. PE is the most chilled beautiful city in the country and you get all the things you would in any of the big three cities. South African cities don't have large populations. Joburg which is the most populous has 5,7 million people. Durban 2,5, million and Cape Town 2,7 million compared to Lagos 16 million people. Lovemore heights is not the most expensive neighbourhood. Mill park is the most expensive neighbourhood but most people don't know it and it has a population of 97 % white old money with properties around 15 million rands while Lovemore heights is new black money with properties around R8 million. He must take you to Millpark. Put Millpark in your GPS. Rich people live in Lovemore heights while the wealthy live in Millpark

We know that Our country is not overpopulated Compared to a lot of other countries. Keep in mind, We South Africans like it this way, we don't want our country to be over crowed like where you are from. We don't like it when foreigners force themselves on us because They think we have space.
