Expedition Overland

Expedition Overland

6 жыл бұрын

During the South America finale, the team takes in the spectacular Mt. Fitz Roy peak and the Moreno Glacier (Argentina and Chile). After a few vehicle challenges, the Expedition Overland crew gets rolling again to reach the "end of the road," the end of the Pan-American Highway, in Ushuaia, Argentina. A truly celebratory moment! The adventure isn't over yet for these overlanders as it's a long drive back to Buenos Aires to ensure the vehicles are safely shipped back to the United States.

My son is asking me where are you guys going next ... what should I say? He watched all the series with me; he's only 8 and already wants to modify our 4runner with lights and winch. I will be very honest here and say what impressed me the most is how well you guys get along. This was one of the best things I watched in quite a long time.

Its really a humbling feeling to complete this expedition through your episodes, you become so drawn into the experience. Personally I've learned a lot through these videos. The biggest lesson I've learned is that you can let others restrict you from chasing your dreams. Can't wait to one day visit these same places or even meet you on the trail! Ready to see where you go next.

I live in Bozeman, MT and when I saw that shot of the Blue Basket gas station and the exit off I-90 it made it really click with me that these are real people living their dreams. I stop at that gas station very frequently and use that exit almost everyday. Just makes it all seem more real to me.

I live in the far other side of the world form you all. But i always done exploring and just some years ago i did start doing it even more. I mean by upgrade with roof tent and drive longer. At this time I started look more on youtube, and at that moment i found your video, one of the first. I watch it all from the start and to now. How your friendship and group have grown, how your life have moved on. All the moments and all the amazing and stunning things. For me and us that do watch it all, Just the feeling we are left with and the inspire to go out there and do it. Fore me it feels like the Expedition overland group did show me a story of a life time and it changed my life as well, and i see now I have a long way i want to go. even i am on a low budget i will do anything just to do something. Its like i cant put it to words, the story telling the edit. you people from start to now. From the easy cars to the full rigs. The work you put inn to it. I cant even imagen! Thank you all ! and the last 2min of this video is like your left with a gap of feelings, just no one stay up and talk about it. We have one life, and at the end you are only left with memories. By doing this great thing that you all do, you will always miss it. Its a bit sad. its like you do not want it to end. Never! just want to keep that moment. friends, the camp the food the talk , the moment. Just freez it and never let go. Happy for you all and thanks agen! Greetings from Norway

I have watched all of the videos that this team has presented for this trip. As ex-military and having been to many parts of this wonderful world we live in, I can understand the immense logistics in the planning, preparing and execution this team has done to make this trip a success. This trip must have presented many challenges that may not have been aired but overall I believe this team had everything they needed to make the trip. The close friendship, dedication, fortitude, and the shear love of adventure made it an enjoyable. I certainly enjoyed the time just to watch. Wish I could have been with you guys.
