Yes! Stop and smell the roses. The last time you went Africa, watching the episodes, it was too fast ... seemed you didn't see anything or have time to see anything.... yes! Change up the plan, fall off the schedule and use of an itinerary... go Spontaneous, it's exciting and fun .. and a bit scarey... but usually worth it. Almost like having a wrench tossed into your plan, and how you deal with THAT!

I am way behind on yalls videos. Do you have a comparison between these and the new cruiser? Very curious what you guys especially think in regards to off-road adventures with the cruiser and 4 runner.

IF i went to a 4runner I’d just go with the trailhunter. But here is the thing. I’m in my late 40s and love, LOVE, the refinement, bigger interior, and look of my Landcruiser 250. Not into the chunky/clunky look anymore. I went from a decent overland built 3rd gen 4runner to the Landcruiser. The tech jump alone is crazy to me

Neither, new stuff is not going to be reliable. Turbo 4, give me a break😂
@nelsonarruda32722 күн бұрын
I would get the fifth Gen. 4 runner instead. And if you have to choose a new Toyota, it would be the Land cruiser.

depends how much money you have if you spent most of your money on that vehicle then probably not , but theres people who can buy hundreds even thousands of it , so yeah they probably would do even wilder things

I have a deposit on a TRD Pro. Second in line tho. First on call for another. I’m stoked! Westcott has a roof rack, rear window panel, dual swing hitch mount already! Camping/chinook season is going to be lit this year! Love the vids btw. New subscriber.

Looks interesting, and really like they went ARB armor which is bombproof, but wish they got more payload out of it and a factory winch bumper option like Jeep/Ford is doing.

Ummmm I’ll take a Landcruiser. A proper one. 78 Series Troopy with a VDJ engine. If it ain’t on solid axles… it’s not a Landcruiser.

The Trailhunter looks like a winner. Have seen quite a few reviews on the Tacoma Trailhunter. Nice to see a bit on the 4Runner. Have a Trailhunter on order to replace our 5th gen 4Runner. Hope we get it in the next couple months.

They’re both terrible. All the new Toyota models are. Ugly. Terrible approach and departure angles. Terrible break over and clearance. Terrible powertrain. Wrong transmission. Wrong t-case. Weak IFS up front instead of a proper solid front axel. Wrong differential gearing. Plastic everywhere. Awful digital dash. Another GIANT swing and a miss from Toyota. The disappointments never end. Worst company on the planet when it comes to listening to their customers.
@camooo1012 күн бұрын
Literally maybe only 1% of toyota owners want solid axel, majority wanted more power, and toyota IFS isn't weak at all. And yeah, it's a toyota. They love plastic. Most people don't care. You must be a jeep barbie 😂

I'm a 4Runner enthusiast. I currently own a 1st gen and 5th gen. If I were the purchase another it would be a 3rd or 4th gen. Otherwise, my money is better spent on an economy car so I can use the money saved to have more fun with the vehicles I currently own!

With the same wheelbase now, where's the difference with the 4 runner and the LC250? Besides the engines, ignore them, we have others anyway...
