At 5:00 extremely careful of partnerships. Many wise old at least deca millionaires business owners have always told me don't do partnerships because they are like marriages, but without the sex to relieve the stress. There is really never a need for partnerships anyways because then you have to split everything 50/50 anyways. Having a dictatorship is less far less stress than having a partnership.

Its all a trade off. Price is a one dimensional analysis. Lumberjack has metrics on maintenance and labor spent managing the high cashflow units and Sec 8. Trade offs.

C's are 25% better than D's even though I got all 100% F's from 7th grade thru 10th grade then I got smart and dropped out !!!!! LOL !!!!
