Awesome video! I lived here many moons ago. Worked at a hospital on Wilborn Avenue called Halifax South Boston Community Hospital (now Sentara.) Shopped at Belk Leggett (sp?), Revco, Roses and at that time it was Harris Teeter or Winn Dixie. Bank was Central Fidelity on Main Street. I had fun in that town. It was quiet, simple but very homey. I went back 20+ years later. That town had made very little progress. But still wonderful to me.

I moves there around 2007. Opened up a coffee shop on the main strip across rom the college. Neat little town not much to do. Berry Hill plantation is an amazing place. Haunted as hell but awsome.

That probably has to do with the time of day the pictures were taken. There are plenty of people here, and we have high-traffic hours just like anywhere else. It's not Atlanta, but it's far from a *ghost town.
