I prefer Broward county cities like Hallandale Beach and Hollywood Florida It is beautiful, especially Hallandale Beach it's growing communities and businesses, and nightlife for family and tourism's, Gulf Stream Park the biggest Horse Racing Track in Florida, it's full with shopping Malls and lounges and restaurants,and the Pegasus and Dragon Statue it's the third biggest Statue in the United States, also Atlantic village is right down the street, and District 8 and beautiful art design district.❤🙌🏻

Are you allowed to have a vegetable garden or fruit trees in the 55 and over community ?

Charmaine, I called the sales center/Association from the 55+ community to see if you could have a garden or plant fruit trees, and the answer was NO. You may want to consider the ARDEN Community (the Agrihood), where they grow their own fruits and vegetables in the community.
