Wow! Change has truly happened in Atlanta Metro. Dekalb & APS programs have steadily declined while Clayton & Gwinnett schools become distinguished. What's the cause of the shift?

Black families are migrating away from the city for various reasons. Two being better neighborhoods and schooling.

Good directors just started coming in. The oldest show style band in Gwinnett is only a little older than a decade old, so the culture is still fresh over here, but we're already seeing a bunch of great bandsmen come from the county. Hope to see more!
