Usually real Pakistani breakfast is plain paratha with with scrambled egg or fried egg, which we call anda paratha.

Anda, roti, and alu bhaji is most common breakfast in Bangladesh. In certain parts they would also eat roti and mithai.

@@NazmulBhuiyan-ei2hk cool anda roti is normal for us too, but roti and mithai together? I have never heard of that combination. We eat roti and mithai separately not together.
@NazmulBhuiyan-ei2hk4 ай бұрын
@@Princess_Sani I am from Dhaka, we don’t eat roti and mithai, but my wife is from North Bengal where they do. In Dhaka we have various kinds of breakfast, different types or roti, paratha, meats, tarkari, halwa and what not, the more lavish breakfast dishes are usually weekend brunch, and there are certain types of food we eat during winter that are made with rice flour and gur (jaggery made of date palm syrup). We could literally write a cookbook about different types of nashta we eat throughout Bangladesh.

You have been scammed by whoever researched and told you about these foods as breakfast in Pakistan. Most common breakfast in Pakistan contains: - Egg - Pratha/roti/flat-bread - Naan / Qulcha (Kashmiri Qulcha is different) - Chickpeas - Siri-paaye-mghaz (animal head and hooves and tongue) - Chai - Baqarkhani - Halva - Poori - Achar (pickle) - Youghart - Lasi - Rusk - Filled pratha (filling may contain potato, mince, cabbage, spinach, saag, etc. etc. ) - Also, anything leftover from last night. - I haven't seen the whole Pakistan but that's what I know so far. Maybe next time when I visit Pakistan, I will try to know more.
