Your Chapli kabab must have been from a very average restaurant. You need to eat Chapli kabab like they make it in Mardan or Peshawar. It is usually bigger than the plate you had that kabab on. And you did not do Karahi?

I would definitely recommend some of my favourite dishes from the north part of Pakistan which is Peshawar. As I’m Pathan, from the sharuk khan city. Ghinta ghar ❤ Lam karrahi definitely with naan and white goat karrahi with naan and lasi.

If you really want to have an authentic Chapli Kebab, then you will either have to travel to Peshawar in Pakistan or Afghanistan to have it. The rest of the world unfortunately are not aware of the technique that goes into it.
