This Overwatch gameplay highlights Tobi's Ana and Ryujehong on Mercy and Reaper among other heroes in Korea's match against Russia at the Overwatch World Cup 2017. With other unconventional picks like FlOw3R on Junkrat, Orisa, Zenyatta, and just about every hero in the game, South Korea has been playing through these World Cup Group Stages like it's Mystery Heroes.
After dismantling every team in their group including the Netherlands, the South Koreans face the 2nd best team in Group F, which is ShaDowBurn's Russia. Despite this being a rematch of last year's World Cup finals, viewers are worried the match may be just as one-sided as before.
The Overwatch World Cup 2017 is one of the biggest international tournament in Overwatch, featuring stars from all around the world including Taimou, Ryujehong, aKm, SoOn, TviQ, Surefour, and ShaDowBurn, among others.
Two groups will compete at each of the Group Stage qualifiers in a Round Robin format with the top from each group moving onto a single elimination bracket. Each series features four maps with teams seeded based on average Skill Rating. Map priority is given to the higher seeded team for the first map of the series. It is important to remember that these matches are not a best-of-three series and will focus on winning as many maps as possible as the two teams with the most points by the end of the Round Robin stage will advance to the next round,
The first place team from each group will play the second place team in the opposite group. The winners of this stage will move on to the live playoffs at BlizzCon 2017.

There is no #1 player in any character. Every character has many good players that play them, so they are debatable. I do say that Tobi is a good lucio, one of the best, but remember, there are players like DSPStanky also. DSPStanky is also considered the #1 lucio also

Tobi also had the rest of the team. Sure he rekts DSP in level of achievements tournament wise, but he has a team that he was with for a long time. Stanky also plays with top 500 people like Tobi, but the only difference is that Tobi has a team he coordinates well with. DPS is considered to be the best lucio by many pros. AimbotCalvin hates him, Kephrii says hes hard to hit, and more. If Stanky was in a professional team, i think he would do around the same as Tobi, he just doesnt bother because he says it takes way to much time and effort.

No, Russia Canada and Sweden are not better teams than France lol. Rogue has been winning against every team in the west with close calls against Immortals and Envy only. Those teams are composed of many players from different teams with no previous strategy. The only team you can even maybe say that about is Sweden since they're 3/4 Misfits but Misfits has been performing fairly poorly even in the west. Rogue got eliminated easily, but they were not up against "weaker teams". They won 3-1 I believe it was against Mighty AOD and only got knocked out by Kongdoo Panthera and Lunatic Hai, both which were teams that went to the very end and played in the finals every map + tiebreakers of a best of 7 series. Rogue will not beat South Korea, but unless a team we don't know as much about like China pulls some massive upsets, saying anyone but France has a better chance of taking a map is nonsense.

Russia too dependent on Shadow, and he wasnt trying to look for the 1 or 2 pick blade and was going for the team wipe blade. Considering he couldnt get much from his previous blades, he shld have just aimed for 1 or 2 picks. Most obv was the 11:30 play where he didnt cfm that lucio was still there. You can see that tobi/lucio baited him by shooting then back out from the attacking left flank's door. Russia's Ana also didnt wait for his blade before nano, which hints at miscommunication. 10:26 he looks for Monkey and didnt cfm the kill whilst looking for the nxt target, 10:34 was so flustered he miss all 4/6 shurikens, the dash at 10:38. Pressure sure is high................

Also this was the blizzcon qualifier so it is unfair to play vs korea. Compared to canada playing with netherlands. So russia not at blizzcon? No, if you watch carefully starting when Russia had won the fight and were capping B, they GRPed first and let only the tank stand on the pt to contest. Sp were all the way at the staircase. Once they had members to contest, they went on Shadow and let Sombra finsih him when he left the pt B. The rest is finishing touches. At 5min mark, look at the AMAZing play by Sab/Tracer. She goes to the box and jumps on it forcing Ana to move back to lessen her hitbox and still have LOS to heal. She hasnt shot yet mind you. Then she blinks forward and seems to "fail" and fall, so Ana turns to look at her team to heal when ..... BAM .... there is a small ledge where Tracer "fell" which is practically useless ( but i use it as winston to zap ppl ) but can be used to jump on the high ground. There isnt that one way from the escalator only. U can see the Ana look away cos she thought Tracer fail and then turn to face a Bomb in her face . Sp GONE. Korea EMP finishes the fight at the point.

Nikos Pyridis Agilities relies on nano boost too much, and Canada is a full team of pro players, they don't rely on Agilities to carry them. Also he either has the defense matrix or Winston diving with him, that's where txao was shit at because of Russia's last minute changes. Russia is basically Mistakes and Shadowburn. Russia did great for a team with no shotcaller and with only 4 days to practice. They wouldn't have to depend on SDB too much if blizzard didn't fuck the Russia team up.

For all of you that did not know there are SOOOOO many korean OW players so if we were to count korean players vs rest of the world the difference would be the small and the world would win. If you have so many players there will always be someone that is better than allllll the others but they also have the worst. E.G. lets say that 1 out of 200000 OW players will excel st the game. Of course then there are the trash players. Lets assume 1 out of 100000 is so bad that if we got 6 of those guys a pro could 1v6 with ease. It is not only about gaming but about many other things. E.G. russia has very good girls in gymnastics because for them almost every girl has at least tried gymnastics for about 10 hours and the good will just be noticed and continue and the trash will just leave. Like Russia, Korea has SOOOOOO many OW players that there will be the best there but the worst too. And just imagine. If lets say you are diamond and play 2 hours everyday if you play 15 hours like those guys you will hit at least GM and most likely top 500. Well if you were top 500 playing 2 hours per day imagine the difference when playing about 15 hours. You would be top 10 it is almost guaranteed.
