Algo a tener en cuenta es la altura de la Ciudad. En el Centro es de al menos 1850mts sobre el nivel del mar. Pero al Occidente y Sur de la Ciudad puede subir hasta 2400 en zonas habitadas y 4000 en parques. Así que el aire puede ser seco cuando no es tiempo de lluvia y por eso se resecan los labios.
