Under the Japan's Penal Code (Act No.45 of 1907) of Crimes of Disturbance. Article 106 A person who assembles in a crowd and commits an act of assault or intimidation thereby commits the crime of disturbance and shall be sentenced according to the following distinctions: (i) A ringleader shall be punished by imprisonment with or without work for not less than 1 year but not more than 10 years; (ii) A person who directs others or takes the lead in stirring up others shall be punished by imprisonment with or without work for not less than 6 months but not more than 7 years (iii) A person who merely follows others shall be punished by a fine of not more than 100,000 yen. Article 107 (Failure to Disperse) When a crowd assembles for the purpose of committing an act of assault or intimidation and fails to disperse after being ordered three times or more to disperse by a public officer with authority, the ringleader shall be punished by imprisonment with or without work for not more than 3 years and the others by a fine of not more than 100,000 yen.

Japanese people’s views of China were the most negative since 2014 in a survey conducted by think tank Genron NPO in August and September. More than 92% of respondents to the Japanese section of the poll said their impression of China was "not good,” up from 87% last year and the second-highest since the annual survey began in 2005. By comparison, about 63% of Chinese respondents said they had a negative view of Japan, almost the same as last year.

A group of South Korean thugs in Shinjuku picked a fight with innocent Japanese pedestrians. Yelling in incomprehensible broken Japanese, swearing in Korean and wanting to engage in a fist fight. This occured in Shin Okubo (新大久保), a heavily Korean populated district in Tokyo. A Japanese office worker and another Japanese passerby tried to peacefully break up the altercation. But the Koreans persistently tried to strike at the Japanese citizen while spewing abusive language. It's clear that these Koreans are not Zainichi Koreans as they couldn't speak Japanese well. They are most likey fobs (fresh off the boat) new arrivals from South Korea. Pls Like and Subscribe~!

yes, I heard there's also lots of Korean engineers in Malaysia. They don't make friends with Malaysians and stay in their own community.
