By Frederick Delk 80% of 50 million Black Americans are concentrated in urban and inner suburban areas covering 10,000 squares miles, land the size of Maryland. Imagine 40 million Black Americans living in the State of Maryland. We proposed that 40 million Black Americans consolidate their population within the Contiguous 8 States Southern Region (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Tennessee) this Region covers almost 400,000 square miles, 50% forest cover, the Affrilachian (Appalachian) Mountains Region covers about 20% of the Region, over 1,000 miles of Coastline, with many rivers including the Mississippi River and thousands of lakes. The 40 million Black citizen population are encouraged to live in Farming communities, rural areas, small towns, Medium size towns, large towns, suburbs as well as Urban areas in the Region. This should cut the down the crime rate by 90%. We are also promoting, giving incentives and prioritizing the 2 parent family unit with conservative laws on Abortion and Divorce

You fo realize that currently 55% of crime against blacks is black on black crime, right? You can't even consolidate a group of blacks in a club without something bad happening, or some sort of violence.

I moved from the Bay Area in California 4 years ago to retire in Tupelo, Mississippi. People I know in Cali asked "Why Mississippi?, I couldn't take all that heat and humidity". I told them being closer to family was the main driver, not to mention the huge benefit that is economic; the cost of real estate here, and financial retirement incentives for seniors are generous. Anyone owning a home gets a homestead exemption, which saves thousands of property tax dollars per year, so the monthly house payment is comfortable, plus more space to live and more peace of mind are hard to beat. Our history of birth and struggle are in the south despite the rough times during slavery and post slavery. I think we should embrace that part of our history. I guess deep down, I feel like the ancestors would be happy to see me reclaim what they struggled to have.

Black Paper: Black American Homeland Super Majority Black Region of States to pass Laws and regulation giving advantages and incentives to Black families, Black Own Corporations and Black Entrepreneurship, foster cooperation between the Black citizens of the Region. Black American Policies and Agendas are priorities in the Region. The 50 States are Sovereign and Independent government Entities with their own State Constitution like Countries such as Italy, Spain, Germany and France. The Governors of the 50 States are the paramount leaders of the State like the President of the Nation. The Governor along with the Black State Legislatures, Black State Senate, the Secretary of State, State Attorneys, Black County Sheriffs, County Commissioners, Regulators, US Congressmen and US Senators of the State are responsible for building confidence, cooperation and unity among the citizens of the State, we had never had that type of Leadership and Authority on the State level in the Black community ever. Florida is not included because the Black population represents under 20% of the states population.

@@muffetnellon Hopefully, the 'packing of these states' will also allow leverage on creating trade/commerce zones with African countries, particular those on the Guinea coast (Senegambia, down to Cape Town, SA).
