A change at the back would solve the calamities. We have the ability, they're just not the players on the pitch when it matters. Everybody knows dibling needs to start, as should fernandez over smallbone. Too sentimental. This starting 11 won't win more than 5 games this season.

Hey Russell, Consider employing me! In the premier league, we need to use our best players, not play the captain just because he is the captain! After our last 3 performances, it is clear that with the right squad, we would be able to dominate the league. This is my proposed starting 11 in the 4 - 2 - 3 - 1 formation. DEFENCE: Goalkeeper: Ramsdale (No need to say anything he's the goat) LB: Walker-Peters (One of our best players week in and week out) CB: Armel Bella-Kotchap (Armel is here until at least January so we should play him, he's physical, tall, and has great technical as well as defensive ability) CB: Bednarek: Bednarek (He is one of our only players with a great amount of premier league experience and along with ABK he looks the most ready for the premier league) RB: Sugawara (Sugawara has been creating the most chances for us in our opening games and overall is one of our best defensive players right now) MIDFIELD: CDM: Flynn Downes (There is no doubt that Downes is one of if not our best CDM in our squad right now) CDM: Lesley Ugochukwu (Ugochukwu deserves a chance in our starting 11, he can be a very influential player when he is on the pitch and can control the game, he reminds me of Lavia) CAM: Adam Lallana (Lallana may be one of our oldest players but in his short time on the pitch against Brentford and Cardiff he showed composure and skill in the midfield, much like Benarek in the defense he could boss the midfield, and bind our midfield together) Left Wing/Left Mid: Maxwel Cornet (When fit and ready to play Cornet can easily beat defenders with his pace and showcase his skill as well, he has plenty of premier league experience and could be a key player for us this season) Right-wing/right mid: Tyler Dibling (Now this kid is something special, he glides past players and can easily beat his defender and it is clear he will be a major threat down the right side this season) FORWARD: ST: Cameron Archer (Now with the right midfield Cameron Archer could be our star boy this season, he is fast and can easily slot a goal from any situation) Please stop playing Armstrong as he has scored 7 GOALS IN 80 PREM APPEARANCES! Don't get me wrong he was great last season but just isn't up to standard. Our bench would then consist of - Fernandes Aribo Harwood Bellis Stephens McCarthy Charlie Taylor Armstrong Overall this bench can be versatile and when other players like Sulemana and Bazunu are match-fit they could replace their respective competitors in the side. I would also like to see Big Paul feature this season as his height could benefit us in the box with players like Walker-Peters and Sugawara swinging crosses into the box. They're doing what they're told to. As long as the manager tells them to showboat around in the danger area as if they were Messi and Ronaldo instead of a couple of journeymen championship defenders, we will continue to gift every PL opponent a minimum of one goal head start per game.

Just don't play Stephens , he is the one who is playing virtually in midfield , cant turn and is basically playing through balls to the opposition.
