Alice, 8, from northern China’s Tianjin battles to become a figure skater. To perfect her jumps and spins, she spends at least 2 hours training every day. Her dedication has inspired many on Chinese social media.

Still too young. You have to be at least 17 to compete in the Olympics. The earliest she'd be eligible is 2030, and even then just barely.

@@jessw391 unfortunately training 2 hours a day won't get you to the Olympics. don't get me wrong, I understand her situation and lack of other possibilities, but truth is Olympic figure skaters train much more

@@hannibaljustincase9985 they train more but you forgot that she is only 8 years old. So if she gets older she is going to train more. If you train too hard in early years you stay short that's why athletes are always short. And remember she's only 8 and I think you are not a figure skater. I am 17 and I train five and a half hours a day on ice plus warming up and 1.5 hours of of-ice training.
