Hey quick question? I’m thinking about driving to kanuga this weekend. How long would you give the trails after a rain and do they drain well?

I rode day after a rain and it wasn't bad. Also ridden in the rain and wasn't bad if you don't mind some slippery spots. I'd say it drains pretty good overall.

Sweet coverage of this and hemlock epoch! Any advice on how to progress to Southeast style? Seems like such a big progression from tortuga, for example.. I guess you could just begin with a case-fest and try to gain confidence? Want to clean that one day when I grow up :)

Definitely a large progression between Tortuga and this trail. I would say ride Tortuga until you don't think about it and just case your way through Southeast Style going a tad further each time. Confidence is key! You got this!
