Happens all the time. MOST murderers are “normal people” 🤷🏻‍♀️ A LOTTT of people live “secret lives” behind the scenes and basically have two personalities. This is why you don’t talk to people about your financial business( including family unless it’s a spouse, child or trusted parent )don’t let them know if you have money or if you come into money . I have told my daughters since they were teenagers to not ever tell anyone of their financial business, even if they are close friends and boyfriends.

The fiancée was charged with lying to the police. Police and Sam’s family think she was in on the entire plot. They just didn’t have enough evidence to charge her with the murders.

thanks for the info. she was honestly lucky she got such a light sentence because accomplice crimes can carry the same charge/sentence as the crime you were an accessory to. I agree with what you're saying though, it doesn't sound like she knowingly participated. I wonder if she took a plea bargain.

Right?!? Um... that’s literally what the Army trains people to do, kill when needed. I can see why they thought he might have PTSD because of his time in Afghanistan but did they even do any mental background checks to see if he suffered from that? It’s pretty unfair to take into consideration that it would be a reason to murder someone just because they served our country. Well, at the end of the day, that man’s name is cleared and he can Rest In Peace. Much respect for him for being a soldier and standing on the frontlines which is something that many other people aren’t willing, or can’t do.

@@marylsanz Accessory after the fact. Meaning she helped in some way, just not with the actual killing. Like disposing of evidence, lying to investigators, harboring fugitives, that kind of stuff.
