It seemed like he was sick to me. I think he would have sat up, otherwise. Of course, I do have to take into account his horrendous table manners - maybe I am giving him too much benefit of the doubt. I can't believe his parents let him eat like that growing up, but by his own accounts he was a wild child and maybe they just focused on the big things. Either way, it baffles me that a self proclaimed "gentleman" - does not choose to hold his utensils property and his table etiquette is abysmal. If he owns it, fine, but coming from someone who's called others "white trash", it's a hard pill for me to swallow and I actually like Shep - foibles and all.

He's not a typical prince charming because he isn't a prince, and he is not charming. If Shep hadn't been born into money and didn't have a trust fund, would people still think of him as a "prince charming"? If he had the same personality he has now but lived paycheck to paycheck working at McDonalds, I highly doubt these hott women would give him, a perpetual man child, the time of day. I didn't care for him to begin with, but when he was harassing a homeless woman, recording it, and poated it online....done. Good people do NOT do shit like that. That is not a lack of judgment, it's who he is. I cannot wrap my peabrain around people just gliding right past that. Trash.

I like everyone on the show Southern Charm except not a Madison fan! Enjoy watching the show but can’t understand why any women go after the men on the show. All have drinking and are womanizers and can’t be trusted problems. Most of the men live off family money and don’t have real jobs. But all aside I enjoy the cast and show as long and enjoy the show. I really miss Catherine and hope she returns. Liked her interaction with the guys.
