Over the years The Singing Cookes have made many contributions to Southern Gospel Music and ministry. It all started back in 1962 with two guitars, a dream, and a lot of faith. Hubert and his wife Jeanette formed The Singing Cookes, at that time they called themselves The Cooke Duet. Over 50 years later, The Singing Cookes are still going strong!

My grandma recorded this song and sang it at my grandpa's funeral.. she did beautiful.. she went on to see him... He passed in 1998 and she passed away in 2016. They were married 50 years

I love the southern gossip much today gossip music isn't the same. The hardest part is singing at a funeral when you see the hurt and sorrow but I have a heard time when a family member. I'm just like everyone else I'm just me I don't think as myself as a high and mighty person Im just a girl with a heart that breaks like any one else. I don't judge people God is the judge.
