Yeah got lucky, it's her relatives house. They live in manila, she is a dentist he is a ship captain. They make lodes of money. Very very nice people we are very grateful to live here and only pay 7k Rental.

There's a house at the end of the street on the main road. It's soooooo nice, 2 story and for sale. It's one of kristines relatives. Not for rent thow.

We where renting from my wife's family. They own it. So we payed 10k peso a month. The house is now for sale thow. I will have to ask how much it is to buy. I know they will take full payment in cash or installments.

Yeah bud. We pay 7k paso so around 120 usd per month. For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Here in Southern leyte, padre burgos area. My conversion Rate may be off a bit. It fluctuates a lot the dollar to Philippines paso.
