I love the Georgetown floor plan it's beautiful because If I moved to Georgia I definitely want to turn half the rooms into like a guest bedrooms gym and a sitting room like when people can come over and stay at night to use their own bathrooms pretty much everything

Whoa l knew it was cheap in the outskirts subs of ATL but homes in the $200,000? This would be at least 600,000 for the basic model where l'm from. l think its time to move south. l'm really amazed by this price point. You can't even get a used new townhome in the 200/300 thousand range in the DMV. l like the Douglasville area too!! Hmmm........🧐 time to get serious.
