Absolutely horrible call by the ref on that pin. Time wise that was a freestyle/Greco-Roman pin, not folkstyle.

I know. I wonder when it went from 2 seconds in rule book to just a touch....could care less about these 2 teams but just wondering.

@@seangambale9658 a folkstyle pin is 2 seconds unless some crazy rule change has occurred I'm unaware of. The touch/1 second thing is definitely a freestyle/Greco-Roman pin. There's also the touch fall pin. It's pretty much when a move causes the entirety of the shoulders(in freestyle and greco)to land so square on the mat from usually a throw , which typically causes the ref to make the touch fall call.

I have no rooting interest in this match but that was a very quick pin call. Supposed to be two seconds. That was maybe a half second.

In the experience I have, when we have the wrester in a pinning position and the other fighter is fighting back, as soon as both the wrestlers solder blades touch the mat they call the match.

@@acquirezvfx7561 you're right. And I really don't care that much. But the rules say 2 seconds and other than tots, no ref waits 2 seconds. Lol.
