Southern Salmon Croquettes

INGREDIENTS:
1 cp. flour
1 cp. yellow cornmeal
15 Oz. canned salmon
1 red bell pepper (finely chopped)
2 eggs
1 cp onions(diced)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. bl. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic
instructions:
1 mix together flour/cornmeal in a bowl and whisk together.
2 drain salmon and debonair, then add salmon, onions, and seasoning, eggs mix well until combined
3 shape into about 5-8 patties heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat
4 when oil is hot cook patties 2-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown
5 serve immediately with my favorite sauce

Creamy Lemon Dill Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1.1/2 cp. mayo
1/2 cp. fresh Dill
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp dijohn Mustard
instructions:
whisk all ingredients in a bowl
cover, and refrigerate until ready to use
