I’m so proud of Camryn and Makalah. From DD4L to Dancing on two of the most famous HBCU dance lines in HBCU history. I know Mrs. Diana is extremely proud. She’s has molded dancers that rep on the Prancing J-Settes, Golden Girls, and now the Fabulous Dancing Dolls. If that’s not great teaching I don’t know what is.

The Dolls are great especially their technique. However, things are starting to get predictable. Can we all give credit where it is due; the J-Settes keep us guessing every year. From stands to the field, the J-Settes do not miss a beat. Kayla is doing a fantastic job. This team is unified, they buck, they dance, they transition! They do not walk .. lol they transition. Everything is a beat, a count. Absolutely no dead time. No other squad can compare.

I agree. I too think the Dolls are great. But they are very predictable. In my opinion I feel like thats why so many people enjoyed Last season. Its because they came out with a lot of new counts and they made some changes to their line up ( I think thats what its called,lol). There was a lot of surprises from the dolls last season. But, don't get me wrong, the dolls have some very talented dancers on their team. Just wish they would incorporate more stunts and surprises. Step out of the box a little. Out of their comfort zone. Don't play it too safe. lol. But I have to say this, The Dolls really killed their field routines this season. I loved every one of em. Lets go Dolls!!!!

Baby Gabby and the Dolls left no stones unturned on this day! I just love how they freaking slay, with the use of simple white hand gloves and arm movements. I mean all them new Doll counts were DEADLY honey, and the entire team took my breath away! The Jsettes were amazing as well, and with that being said, BOTH teams have perfected their own unique styles! It really depends on what style you prefer. I prefer the Dolls. As far as I see it, the Dolls and the Jsettes are the top two teams in the SWAC!

I know this is an older comment but I couldn't agree more. The Dolls and the J-Settes, in my opinion, are THE standard for HBCU dance lines. Not to discredit the GG's being the first dance line but the Dolls and the J-Settes have two polar opposite styles and everyone else, again in my opinion, fall in between; these two teams are the most mimicked and regarded when it comes to their respective styles.
