Being classy and modest isn’t going to change people’s view on black women. That’s called respectability politics and it’s never worked. People are going to believe what they want regardless, confirmatory bias is real. And it’s sad you only think the best effort is being modest and not sexual. Teams with moves more overtly sexual put in just as much effort as everyone else. You really need to do some soul searching and think of how you’re perpetuating our oppression with how you’re shaming and denigrating college students under the guise of appealing to the moral sense of potential students. These kids don’t care. You’re the one who’s been brainwashed into believing these fallacies about our women.
