I was a student at ULL at the time they played each other. I remember many students and outside people came to the game just to watch the band perform. As an African American student who attended this PWI I was happy for them to see the talent that SU had musically. I understood why they chose those song selections...it was a way to display their range as a band and showcase their talent while appealing to this PWI. SU has always had a dope band,but they are the GOATS for being able to pull this off and earn the respect of a PWI. We loved it as you hear from the crowd. Much love to the SU band.👏🏽🔥

From top to bottom, this felt like a traditional Human Jukebox show, but was very forward thinking, with a new and fresh feel. A few, minor things to clean up, but an excellent first impression from the new leadership!

Probably the best doll halftime show, I've ever seen. D'Tara is amazing & from now on I hope not to see any harsh comments about the team appearance because these girls are pretty even if they don't fit the "doll look" & who cares, these girls can dance their asses off, better than alot of the past girls! The love the new style. Many people not going to like it because they use to the old style of SU. Nothing wrong with a little switch every now and than. The dolls were AMAZING. That routine by the dolls made me think DT was captain again. You can tell she's back with the dolls. As usually I can spot Kayla from a millions miles always. She's a really good dancer. But Lazhay rolled. You can tell she dance in college. The crabs didn't look like crabs 👏👏. Great show

Being a jukebox alum(90-93),I feel the need to keep it all the way 1000... It's good to see them finally picking their feet up and marching again,as opposed to the past few years of "skating" down the field..Lines were a bit crooked from where I was sitting..Field sound leaves much to be desired being that there are 192 people on the field..Drum major can't march 8 to 5,and "skating" his ass off...Dance routine was pretty weak... But,they sound damn good in the stands,and arrangements are great...Haymer and staff will get it together no doubt...Show needs a lot of work,though...

Please, please, please do something with the announcer. I don't need for someone to tell me what the band is doing, I want to see and hear for myself. The "shuck & jive" days of announcing should be over. Announce very clean and brief at the beginning if anything at all. I don't want to hear how famous the band is (we already know), and I don't want to hear that the dancing dolls are entering the field when I see them, and for god sakes, turn the mic off during the dance routine.

Good show overall. Sound could be slightly cleaner. I agree with others that the announcer is a little outdated and too loud.
