I’m super excited for Christmas, I’m going to start decorating this Thursday. Walmart is my go to place for lights, dollar tree and 99 cent store for small things like ribbons, bows, bells. Big lots has some great Christmas spiral tree bundles and reindeer bundles. On Black Friday Walmart is having a bundle of 3 snowmen for only $50, and reindeer bundle of 3 for $50.

now that my boyfriend and i have decorated both trees, painted ornaments and put up lights/garlands, i’m pumped! my desk at work is still half thanksgiving/fall and half christmas/winter tho 😂

omg the christmas pickle!! we do that every year! 4 rounds: little kids, bigger kids, young adults, and older adults. my great aunt has a present for each person who finds it. one year, the older adults got too intense and knocked down a bookshelf. broke just about everything on it (including a vase full of decorative beans i guess??). 'twas a great memory and testament to how competitive we are lol

I wish my family had had traditions like that when I was growing up. We did have one on Christmas Day that I am thankful for now. A lot of people get up Christmas morning, rush to open presents, then spend the day traveling and spending the day with other family members. We never did that. My mom said that Christmas Day was just for us, and that we had 364 other days of the year that we could go visit folks. Some years, that was the only day that we spent all together as a family. It was nice to be able to get up, open presents, and then not have to rush off some place. I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with doing that, and if someone enjoys it, that's awesome! I'm just personally glad that, as a kid, I didn't have to.

My family's Christmas dishes are from Dollar Tree! My mom went and emptied our local one out a week or two ago 😆! We finally have a full set plus some extras!

Christmas makes me so happy! But it won't be the same this year. There was a local flower shop/outdoor decor store that went all out for Christmas and made the place so magical to go through, but they closed earlier this year. I'm hoping to see a special light display in Michigan that has a million Christmas lights this year. And my town as a Christmas tree festival every year! People and organizations make and donate the trees and other decorations, and then people buy them. All the proceeds go the children's hospital! Every year I walk through with my little cousins, and then we all get pizza and ice cream at a restaurant down the road. Christmas is the greatest time of year.

I’m redoing all my Christmas decorations this year. I’m actually doing a snowman tree with all snowman decor. And I have been waiting for your walkthroughs so I can see what stores have what so I don’t have to run around all over the place lol, so you are actually saving me not only time, but gas money😂 so not only are your videos relaxing, they help me save money!!

OMG, I want those knee-highs SO BAD. Dollar Tree usually has at least 3 different patterns for holiday scarves, but I'm only seeing one this year in your video and they're not at my $Tree yet!!! ARRRGH. Will go back this weekend to hopefully find the socks. Thanks, Mary!
