Yes, Earthside Farms was formerly Keto Farms. They must want to try and market to those non-Keto folks as well. You know how some folks get freaked out by the word “keto”. I suspect we’ll see more companies doing this.

When I've been making my 'keto ambrosia salad' (the one that's Ratio Yogurt + Sugar Free Gelatin/Jello + etc), I've been adding in those Choc Zero marshmallows along with some sugar free coconut flakes! SO GOOD!

Can someone help clear something up ? Me and a friend have this ongoing debate.Has keto and low carb always been the same thing? Years ago wasn't keto about tracking a bunch of things vs low carb being about the carb/sugar intake. I say they've become the same diet over like the last year or 2. im curious what everyone else thinks.
