For dealers like me, or clients who are coming here to watch this video, I wanted you to know my feedback and overall impressions of Southern Solutions and the gentlemen who made this video. I had sold a Xerox 5755 to a customer and for some reason, I could not get it to SMB scan to the server folder. I followed every step by the book, and still no positive end result! I did this video before the new connectkey devices came out. The 7800, 7200, 5800, 9300, 8700, 8900 series of devices. The 9300, 8700, 8900 devices shipped with the discovery controller you see here but firmware have been shipped with upgrades for the new connectkey software. When I do the connectkey video I will go more in depth with workflow/network scanning. Connectkey now requires port 445 not 139

We have a Xerox WorkCentre 7845, and I need to know if there is a way to change the timeout option on this mfd? We would like to increase the timeout as it is not enough time for some of our scan to email jobs.

hi can you help me with our Xerox Workcenter 5335 machine because when i try to install in any of our company computers without active internet connection, our network can't see the printer, but if the computer has an active internet connection in can detect the printer in the network.. ill appreciate if you can help me with this problem. thanks

We have a Xerox WorkCentre 7525. We input a list of fax numbers and the speed dial but when the power is off, the fax list disappear. Would you pls advice if there is any way I can retrieve the fax list or is there anyway to input the fax list quickly instead of re-enter one by one again (everytime the power is off)? HI, I have workcenter 5790 i have a problem with printing. The problem is I gave the print the print will goes well but when I give the next print it shows paper jam if I restart the machine I can give one more print. so how many prints so many restart. So I request you to give the solution for this.

In my experience, that usually means you have to change out an R2.
