Excellent video keep up the great videos 👍👍👍👍I would for sure replace the sleeves and make sure that the o rings that seal the sleeves are replaced and the bushings in the connecting rods. The damaged rod may be able to be resized if it is not cracked. You could always do a Kinze conversion that was factory authorized back in the day. There was a kit to put a 8 V 71 Detroit diesel engine in the 5020 then you would have 318 horsepower with out a turbo 350 horsepower with a turbo then you could do high speed farming 😁

I noticed when you were removing the one piston you showed on the video the the rings looked real loose in the groove. The ring grooves can be cut and shims used to get the correct side clearence. Excessive ring side clearence is what causes broken rings. Enjoy your vids. Thanks from a old engine machine shop guy.

Thanks for the video, Man you'd better get that pump done another turn, you'll need a straight pipe as well to get another 15 hp to haul that roll bar and all the new paint up the road L.O.L. The machine shop guys I used before they retired that was in Portage told me those JD offset con rods are a bitch for going out of round over time on the big end, Is it worth getting the others checked you aren't replacing just to make sure you won't have problems with them later. They use to have a huge rack full of reconditioned ones ready to go, so kinda tells a story I'm thinking . Over the years I've learned a few mins careful use with a wire wheel on a die grinder or some emery cloth saves loads of time laid under a motor beating pistons out past the carbon to L.O.L Take care guys.
