We are moving to Tampa area and have yet to find a home in these lagoon areas for 400K. from what I am seeing the home starts in the low four hundreds but multiple offers push these homes to around the half million mark. What a home lists for and the actual cost is vastly different.

I love that idea about this lagoon but I'm sure there's association dues community dues to pay on that reasonable price of 400,000s it's like buying a car and then they tack on these other fees so I will be interested in this. In fact I would truly like to see some homes are affordable specially in these times when red hikes going up home prices are going up. So if you can fine a reasonable price than 400,000 homes that's what I would be interested in. A lot of us out here are having a hard time but if you can find a nice little area that would be truly a blessing

The HOA’s and CDD’s can definitely add up, but they are very reasonable here. And yes, I’ll keep my eye out.

The HOA fee's for the 55 community Villa's are 323$ not including the CDD fees around 300 per month. That's a lot. The lagoon is beautiful but crowded the public is welcome to come. I was just there this past weekend.
