The city of Houston has done a poor job of investing in the Northside. Imo a lot of that fueled the old Northside and Southside beef. Fortunately it has been squashed, but Northside still feels jaded some and rightfully so.

3rd ward, Sunnyside, Southpark grimy on the Southside, greenspoint, 5th ward, spring all of a sudden are definitely grimy areas. Mostly the younger guys
