Southwest Dekalb High School Marching Panther Band marching in the 122nd Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on Saturday, January 1st 2011. This marks their 2nd time marching down Colorado Blvd. This is the same band that was featured in the hit movie Drumline.
To name of few of their accomplishments, this band has performed in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, The Carnival of Flowers in Nice, France, 2 Presidential Inaugurations, and for the opening ceremony of the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games.
