You know Squishy sometimes I watch Court hearings like I watch Judge Simpson and the others and I do not know how you do it!! That is so time-consuming to take cuts from that and make these videos!! I appreciate you so so much!? I hope you get a "Join' button soon! You know I'm going to keep harassing you until you do LOL I am the main harasser of about seven or more other channels that I hounded them to get a membership button LOL You guys deserve it this is such hard time consuming work!!! They finally got tired of me mentioning it and went ahead and got the membership button LOL

Thanks for the VERY kind words...honestly, i do it because i just love to make others laugh AND think outside the box and court vids seem to really do that. i also know when i started watching em i was shocked at some of the crap the staff had to deal with so think awareness of that is a huge plus side...lots of folks have jaded views of the court that have never really seen what goes on... as far a memberships...thinkin seriously about it but it goes against my nature..i HATE special clubs etc BUT it is a good buffer for doing deeper thought provoking videos that may not draw huge views...have a plan and will get there... If ya figure out a way to break though, my wife of 32 years would like to know your secret 🤣🤣🤣

@@OSGCourtWatch Lol well she's been at it for 32 years I don't think I could challenge that LOL Here's the thing about memberships though. You don't have to have a paywall like Vilified Freedom (if you don't know his channel please check it out you will love it I'm his VIP on there) for example his memberships you get the videos a day early but he does NOT have a paywall! Everybody has access to the videos. Members get it a day earlier that's it. He makes that very clear on his channel that he would never put up a paywall. I do not like paywalls on channels either! I just wanted you to know and make it clear that you absolutely do NOT have to have a paywall! I'm just encouraging you for people who want to support the channel. I don't believe people should have paywalls and put their special videos for Members only. You make me laugh! I love your channel! I love the law I always have! When I was a young girl my dad would have detective magazines in the bathroom and laying around by his bedside and I would always sneak and read them but I was getting in trouble because they had pictures in there of the murder scene so my dad thought it to be inappropriate but that's how long probably since I was 12 that I was obsessed with law from the interrogation all the way to the final outcome of a hearing!!! I should have went to law school!! When I'm not watching this side of it I'm watching the crime side of it? Murders mostly, irrigations, documentaries of crimes, things like that. I'm in the crime Community pretty well too LOL I'm a law nerd!😁

@@OSGCourtWatch the apology and his defeated exasperation says it all. The sad thing is that people like Mr Weens act as they act not out of idiocy but out of desperate denial. They don’t want their legal problems to be reality. But instead of mounting an actual legal defence against his charges, Mr Weens and SovCits like him pretend the charges either don’t exist, or that the judicial system has no jurisdiction over them, or that they aren’t who they are and are instead a legal fiction representative, etc etc etc. The thing with SovCits is not so much about delusion. It’s more about desperate denial of the situation they’re in. They’re trying to manifest a different reality, coupled with a good dose of anti-government ideology. Remember, the judicial branch is one of the three branches of government. SovCits don’t consent to laws legislated by the Legislative branch of government, they don’t consent to the jurisdiction of the Judicial branch of government, and they don’t consent to the enforcement action of the Executive branch of government. They are anti-government ideologues who do not want the system to apply to them. In that effort, people like Mr Weens once they are in trouble in the system, they pay actual money to receive SovCit scripts that have never worked. And the SovCit gurus that sell them these scripts know they don’t work and have never work and will never work, but sell them nonetheless because it’s a scam that preys on anti-government ideologues in desperate denial. It’s easy to sell crap to someone who is deliberately looking to buy crap. In that sense, SovCits are seeking out information that confirms their pre-existing bias, namely that all the lawyers and all the judges have the law totally wrong. That all the legislation legislated by the legislators is unlawful. That all the enforcement of the executive are unlawful. SovCit scripts confirm all that to them.

Well in one had he might live in a place where his life depends on having owning a firearm but on the other hand he’s not to smart about it so maybe he shouldn’t be allowed I think felon or not special circumstances should allow certain felons permission ! I am a felon for domestic abuse my daughter passed away I got into drugs and my wife called and lied so I would be put in jail because I was on deaths bed for using so I don’t think it’s fair for some of us to not be allowed and yea domestic abuse is no felony but I was owed money from employer he said I could either get tools on his account or wait so I got 475 in tools he then got me charged for using his account and I happened to be in jail o could have stayed in jail but I pleaded to get out and work now I have theft by deception charge which is felony which is bullshit but yeah I know we are never guilty I truly was not just got caught up on opiates and needed a way out jail was that way out

I don't think you understand how laws work, if you think I can get around that law. Are greedy insurance companies part of the problem? Absolutely. When my state mandated insurance, the penalties were high and insurance companies had to cover the bad drivers they passed that extra cost to us. As time went by and insurers had to write checks, they lobbied to get the penalties reduced to less than premiums, and add "uninsured drivers" insurance to those of us who are responsible drivers.
