I realize that you're going to say something along the lines of "We, the people" or "muh' Constitution" or something to that effect when, in point of fact, that's not why. Just an FYI. I was a LEO and there is a current MSP Michigan State Police Bulletin originating from the State Supreme Court of Michigan sent out to all law enforcement agencies instructing against initiating a traffic stop on citizens if they are NOT in excess of over 10 MPH over the posted speed. If you read the MSP Bulletins they are pretty cool. You gotta keep up.
