@@superexoticshrub I didn't think that he was. To me, his opinions don't seem to lean in that direction. There are always going to be troublemakers in the comments. It was like the comment section on a sovcit or A1 channel. The few people who made rational comments were immediately overwhelmed by the sovcits. I don't know why the judge keeps kicking this can down the road. This is the second time, we know of, and she should have ordered a competency evaluation. The very least she should have done was set an attorney for the minor son. Her SovCit BS shouldn't be dragging out the divorce case. It's not fair to him in the least. But, life's anything but fair.
@superexoticshrub2 жыл бұрын
Well, the first time was a no-show. I don't know how divorce proceedings usually work with a single no-show, but they just decided to come back to it later. This time might have been the first time they've come up against the SovCit script nonsense and that would have triggered a "ugh, not this idiocy" reaction and they decided to move to the normal next step which is covering their own bases. Order competency so that, whether she passes or fails, she can't claim that the court didn't do their job related to it. Then, if she passes that test, any negative repercussions from her nonsense falls squarely on her.

When that woman was referring to "property" and a "vessel" she was talking about herself and her name on paper. Maritime Sov-cits use a lot of fallacies and word play to convince themselves that to the courts they are considered ships under maritime law.
@bugbread2 жыл бұрын
As a few other folks have mentioned, I'm fairly sure that the "property" she's talking about is her child (and, I suspect, herself). At 7:43 she says "these are my...this is my property. I own the deeds for the vessels in question" and is holding up a document with a photograph of a person on it. Then, at 8:31, she says "I have owned these vessels since March 31." Then, at 9:40, "I own those vessels, and they're trademarked", and then at 11:17 "This court has no jurisdiction over me or my son. The judge ordered temporary orders that did not belong to him." So what I think it is is that she fell into the sov cit pit and, on March 31, filed some sort of paperwork that "killed" her strawman and that of her child, severing them from their strawmen, and created deeds for herself and her son. The "deceased," then, are the strawmen, and the "vessels," which are also the "property," are her son and herself. Apparently the previous judge issued some sort of order related to her son (probably giving dad custody since mom is loony tunes), and she took that to be unlawful removal of her property and trespass. This would also explain why she's so adamant that her property has been violated while the judge is saying that no decisions whatsoever have been made about her property.
@Alex_Mitchell2 жыл бұрын
She was waving a deed around at the beginning of the video. I suspect she wants to keep the house.
@bugbread2 жыл бұрын
@Alex Mitchell (Apologies if this double-posts, I thought I posted the comment earlier but either I forgot to actually hit the Reply button or KZbin ate it for some reason). I doubt it's her house. The thing she calls a deed has a photo of a person on it, which wouldn't make sense for a house deed. She also says it's a deed to a vessel, which she's trademarked, and sov cits usually trademark their names. I've never heard of a sov cit trademarking a house. Plus the judge says no decisions have been made about her property. Sov cits, however, *do* sometimes call themselves "vessels" and call their children their property. For example, one of the sov cits in the Capitol riot demanded in court that "all charges against my VESSEL" be dropped (www.oleantimesherald.com/news/mckean-county-woman-argues-sovereign-citizenship-in-capitol-riot-case/article_5d7bf0d8-74af-50c3-b364-71c9ee82cfa6.html) and David "I love hyphens" Winn calls himself a "SOVEREIGN-CHARTER-VESSEL" (www.dwmlc.net/copy-of-for-the-rape). One case that particularly amuses me is trying to get out of jail by submitting a "Salvage of the Vessel" document (digitalcommons.usu.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=4584&context=etd).
