I object to the term "grilled cheese". The cheese is not grilled. Now, if the judge said "grilled cheese sandwich", that might be Constitutional. A sandwich of grilled cheese? Not Constitutional. A sandwich of cheese that is grilled? Absolutely Constitutional. Your grilled cheese sandwich is, in fact, no matter what you stipulate "grilled cheese" to mean, pan fried. The “special appearance” thing is a way of appearing for the limited purpose of disputing jurisdiction. If done correctly, which sovcits do not. Win or lose, you do not engage further, full stop, otherwise you do cede jurisdictions But none of this matters here since the court has jurisdiction.
