The lecturer does not seem to have a real grasp of the actual performance of China's sovereign fund. Lot's of flow charts, but no balance sheet, no financial metrics or ratios. She did a lot of conjectures and made wide guesses, with no numbers to back them up. Her answer to a simple question "How much assets does CIC have?" is "$1.5 to 3.0 trillions."
