The lyric "those without" means the external demonic torment or attack coming from actual demons themselves, not necessarily referring to the inner sinfulness of a christian. The original English phrase where they based this small part of the song goes something like this "Enemies without, enemies within."

Since the song is about heaven and seeing Christ face to face, I am fairly certain the line is referring to the fact that there will not be anyone under the influence of demonic possession. That time is passed.

Thanks for the comment! All our sins will be behind us in the sense that we will not be sinning anymore. All our sins are indeed, forgiven, but we continue to sin! The phrase “demons without and within“ is meant to be understood in a metaphorical way. People will often use the phrase “a person is fighting the demons within them.“ but because this line can cause some people to stumble, we’ve changed it on our sheet music. The line now reads “and the enemies we’re fighting.“
